| | Model of the car: | Mitsubishi Montero SR | | | General comments: | The Mitsubishi Montero is an excellent four wheel drive vehicle. We had ours in Germany for over 3 years and had no problems with it whatsoever. The engine has a lot of power, but most of it is at high RPMs and is unusable for most driving conditions (on the autobahn you can cruise comfortably at 105 mph). A great vehicle for a family of four, but too small for larger families (which is why we sold ours. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Too small for families of 5 or more. The vehicle is too narrow to fit three child seats without squeezing them in. The rear fold down seats are difficult to get into (almost impossible if you have child seats in the middle row). |
